Digital Humanities is a term that refers to materiality. I am a writer and a digital artist which means that ultimately my material is language. The digital half of digital humanities simply indicates how that language is executed. Digital Humanities is not an obscure field. It describes the art of the present by looking at new and familiar modes of representation.
